Have joined our family and formed a partnership as “Team Realtors Two”. Pat has been a Realtor® in Florida for over 15 years. As former school teacher Pat believes in education so much she has gone back to school on numerous occasions. She has earned the following designations: At Home with Diversity, Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). The GRI is the mark of a real estate professional that has made the commitment to provide a high level of service. The CRS designation is the highest professional designation awarded to Realtors® in the residential sales field. Fewer the 4% of Realtors® hold the CRS designation. Pat also serves on the Professional Standards Committee for the Realtors Association of Citrus County. Tommy brings with him 6 years of real estate experience. Tommy shares the same high standards as Pat and is the recipient of the Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations. The SRES designation illustrates that Tommy has demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients 55 plus through the major financial and lifestyles transitions involved in selling, relocating or refinancing the family home.

Pat has resided in Citrus County for 15 years and Tommy for over 35 years. “Team Realtors Two” are members of the National Realtors Association, Florida Realtors Association and the Realtors Association of Citrus County. They handle all the aspects of the real estate market with experience in Acreage and lots, Business only for Sale, Commercial, Residential, New Home Construction including class 5 Hurricane Storm Resistant Homes, and Waterfront Homes and Land.
